TREE TRIM OR REMOVAL REQUEST- Use this form to report trees that may pose a danger to utility and fiber lines

You can help keep LeverettNet and the electric grid up and running by reporting trees along the utility lines that are endangering the cables. Use this form to send a message about a tree that has fallen or looks like it might fall on the lines.

Only a few items in the form are required. Describe the situation as you see it and include as much information as you can. 

When you are done, click the “Submit” button at the bottom. The form will be sent to the Leverett MLP and the Tree Warden, who will investigate and collaborate with the utility company to remedy the problem.
